At Steelshape, we want you to be happy with your order. Please review our refund and return policy below before placing an order.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, bent, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at admin@steelshape.co with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
If the issue is confirmed, we will produce and ship a replacement at no additional cost.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on standard models from our collection, starting from the date of delivery.
If the product is not right for you, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned in suitable packaging.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Custom and Personalized Products
Custom and personalized products are made specifically for you based on your vehicle, photos, design requests, or other individual specifications.
Because of this, custom products are not eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee once design work or production has started.
Custom products may only be refunded or replaced if they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved design.
Order Cancellation
Standard collection orders may be cancelled before they are packed or shipped.
Custom orders may only be cancelled before production has started. Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or the return is due to our error.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
EU Withdrawal Requests
EU customers may submit a withdrawal request using the Withdrawal Form available on our website.
Submitting a withdrawal request does not automatically mean the request is eligible for a refund. Eligibility will be reviewed based on the product type, order status, applicable law, and this Refund Policy.
Custom and personalized products may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.
