Shipping

All of our custom orders are shipped out within 2-4 working days after you have confirmed your custom design.

We ship using UPS Express / DHL Express / FedEx Express shipping.

Shipping times:

Europe: 3-7 working days.

USA and Canada: 3-7 working days.

Rest of the world: 4-12 working days.

You will be able to track your order using a tracking number, which you will receive right after we ship your metal silhouette.

Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by the destination country’s regulations and are not controlled or collected by us.

Warranty

Covered by a 2-year warranty on all LED and electrical components. If your LED silhouette arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it free of charge.

How do custom orders work?

1. Order is placed.

2. We create the design for your provided car.

3. The design is sent to you for your confirmation.

4. (We adjust the design to your liking).

5. You confirm the silhouette design.

6. Once approved, we produce your LED silhouette with certified materials. Your custom LED is packaged securely and shipped to your door.

If you are not satisfied with the design we created for your car and would prefer a refund instead of proceeding with the production of your metal silhouette, we will issue a full refund for your order, no questions asked.
